Welcome to Faith & Flour Cookie Co. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and purchasing our handmade cookies.

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

Faith & Flour Cookie Co. ("we", "us", or "our") is an Australian-based business offering small-batch, handmade cookies for nationwide delivery. All products are baked fresh and made with love.

2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website.

  • Orders from our Signature Menu can be purchased via the “Shop Now” button.

  • For custom orders, please scroll to the bottom of the Custom Order tab on our website and complete the enquiry form. Please note: this is an enquiry only, your order is not confirmed until we respond and payment is processed.

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received and are subject to availability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Australia-wide, Monday to Wednesday only, to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible and aren’t held in transit over the weekend.

  • Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch, plus 1–2 days for express delivery via Australia Post.

  • Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on Australia Post’s current rates.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please ensure all delivery information is accurate, we are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.

4. Pick-Up Option

You can opt to pick up your cookies at selected market locations on Saturday mornings.

  • Market days, times, and stall locations are shared weekly on our Instagram.

  • If you would like to pick up from a market, please mention this in the Delivery Notes at checkout or contact us via email to confirm.

  • Orders without confirmation will default to delivery.

5. Cookie Care 🍪

Our loaded cookies are baked fresh the day of dispatch with love, faith, and no preservatives — just the good stuff.

Each cookie is heat-sealed to lock in that deliciousness and will stay fresh for 7–10 days at room temperature.

Best enjoyed:
Pop your cookie in the microwave for 30 seconds for a gooey, melted treat.

Not eating them straight away?
We admire your self-control. Simply place them in the freezer as soon as they arrive — they’ll keep beautifully for up to 1 month.
To reheat from frozen, microwave for 1 minute.

6. Allergens & Dietary Info

  • All cookies contain gluten, egg, and dairy.

  • Some flavours contain nuts, and although we offer nut-free options, all cookies are made in the same kitchen, so traces of nuts may be present.

  • Please check the ingredient stickers on the back of each cookie for the full ingredient list.

  • If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, contact us before ordering.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before dispatch. Cancellations after this time may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Product Appearance

Every cookie is handmade and unique! That means size, shape, or decoration may vary slightly from the images on our website, but we promise they’re always delicious.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media (including images, logos, and copy) belongs to Faith & Flour Cookie Co. You may not copy or reproduce our content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We use your personal information to process your orders, respond to enquiries, and (if you’ve opted in) send cookie-loving updates.
We will never share your personal data without your consent. You can view our full Privacy Policy on our website.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be posted here with the updated date.
